We love organic farming. For example, we only use 100% Naturland-certified organic beef in our dishes.

We also try to use as many organic ingredients as possible in our kitchen. This includes the flour for our pizzas, salad, fruit and vegetables, and many other components of our dishes.

Transparency is important to us: organic ingredients are marked in the description on the menu.
